At PepWear, we are dedicated to commemorating the achievements and accomplishments of youth, whether in music, sports, or the arts.
If you are not completely satisfied with your PepWear purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 45 days of purchase.

We're sorry it didn’t work out. If you would like to return something you can reach out to our customer service via e-mail
or give us a call at 1-866-775-3450, 8AM CST – 4PM CST, Mon - Fri.
We will mail you a returns label so you are able to get the item returned back to us. Once the product is returned back to us we will issue that refund for the product to the original payment that the order was placed with.
Need to make a change? We are able to exchange products if they don't fit or if they were delivered damaged.
If it's an event product or our packaged bandwear you may return your products within 30 days of purchase. The product will still need to have the tag on it if it's not an event specific item.

We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.
